Details
Our Hydro-Shield technology incorporates advanced waterproofing materials and processes to help keep feet dry. We start with waterproof leathers that are sealed during the tanning process, and then we seam-seal the footwear for additional protection. Partially gusseted tongues and zippers treated with durable water-resistant coatings further deter water entry. In products that have areas of textile, the footwear is only waterproof up to the point where leather is used.

Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes. Our shoes are made to fit directly out of the box. They do not need to be broken in.
-
People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include - foot cramping or "falling asleep" or the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
-
Feet typically get bigger with age. We encourage you to have your feet measured every year. Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
-
Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.
-
While the incremental enlargement/reductions between the sizes and widths are industry standards – not every manufacturer starts with the same measurement for their model size.
-
Rockport and Cobb Hill use the same Brannock Device measurement along with several taped forefoot volume measurements as a starting point for both men’s and women’s shoes.

mine lasted forever
must've gotten these 8 years ago, only pair of boots I wear although I got some Clarks snow boots that I hate maybe 4 years ago but other than that these have been my only boots and my main footwear during colder months. These have been basically all I've worn when it was cold enough to wear pants. I've summited a few really tough peaks in Idaho and done some easy hikes in these in Colorado, yes I know they aren't hiking boots and weren't optimal for that. But still to this day I am wearing them, I came here thinking about buying another pair but decided to just keep wearing the same pair because they still have a sole, have enough grip, they're comfy, yea they're beat up looking but I like it and there's no wear so significant enough to warrant throwing them away. There's certainly much nicer boots out there but I have loved mine, and I usually don't review anything
Rockport Waterproof Boots
I ordered these after buying 2 pair of Rockport dress shoes. I found them very comfortable without a break in period. The boots arrived before a storm and they are very comfortable and kept my feet dry in blowing rain.
Very comfortable boot
second pair
This is the second pair. The first pair got a lot of use and will continue to be a gardening shoe
Boots
Feels very comfortable putting them on for the first time. Will have to wait till they break in a little..
Good Boot For Yard Work
Comfortable to wear around and seem sturdy enough for fairly heavy yard work, including dropping trees. The dark brown finish does scuff off easily, so maybe give it some boot polish before wearing, if that's important. I'm still getting use to ankle height shoes, but it not a big adjustment with them.
Did not arrive
My old Rockport boots were perfect. They become too small after about 30 years. Still perfect other than the fit. The new one's will need to break in.
The Best Boot!
These are the 3rd pair of boots I've purchased for my son. He wears the life out of them. And they are still going strong. I bought him another pair for when he dresses up. They are quality made and he told me they are more comfortable than his running shoes.
Easy search, easy purchase. Shoes fit very well. As good as advertised.
Great looking shoes
Needed good sturdy shoes and they did not disappoint. Very comfortable!
The picture showing the color did not do them justice. I am happy with the color.
Excellent
I’ve been using rockport for the longest and this particular model for atleast 10 years. Extremely satisfied because of light weight and no labor or struggle involved while walking.
Very light and comfortable
Great product. Great price!
I think they’re running a little large these days I bought a pair that I still have that are 12 years old they’re size 11 I bought a size 11 of the new ones and I believe that they are larger than they should be
