Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes. Our shoes are made to fit directly out of the box. They do not need to be broken in.
-
People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include - foot cramping or "falling asleep" or the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
-
Feet typically get bigger with age. We encourage you to have your feet measured every year. Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
-
Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.
-
While the incremental enlargement/reductions between the sizes and widths are industry standards – not every manufacturer starts with the same measurement for their model size.
-
Rockport and Cobb Hill use the same Brannock Device measurement along with several taped forefoot volume measurements as a starting point for both men’s and women’s shoes.

I received the wrong size but the shoe looked nice
Awesome
Great shoe at an awesome price
Just Right
My wife had been urging me to get new Sunday shoes and I wore them today for the first time. All I can say is, "Wow!" Rockport comfort is second to none. Very satisfied and highly recommend. I usually wear between a 9-9 1/2. I grabbed a 9 and it is just right. My feet are not wide and slightly narrow. As a senior citizen - The lateral support from these shoes instill confidence. Thank you Rockport for making a dress shoe feel like a sneaker.
Excellent made, fit and comfortable
I bought these for long standing and walking days in a suit, did the job just perfectly and the look, stylishly great.
Shoe Size
The shoes ran a little big.
I love these shoes they fit and are a solid shoe.
Wrong sized
Happy
Your my first choice for shoes
Nice shoes
Exactly what I wanted and expected. Business appearance, but a bit of an athletic show feel. Comfortable to be in all day. From the front and top they look like any other wingtips. Breaking in nicely.
Very good fit for my feet.
Easy and smooth walking.
Will buy from again.
True to size. Great quality. Still took a week to receive after paying for faster shipping, so would not do that again. Will buy again when there is a need. Will highly recommend to others.
Rocking It
The feel and comfort of a rockport. I only wished it came in plantar fisciitis form.
