I normally wear a size 6. The Rockport 6 was too big so I returned it for a size 5. However, it was still loose. It was disappointing as I could not get a size that fit comfortably.

Good quality, heel is wide.
Heel is wide. Shoe runs big. I walk out of heel. Beautiful quality. Tried to put a pad in the heel, still walked out of shoe.
