Details
Our Hydro-Shield technology incorporates advanced waterproofing materials and processes to help keep feet dry. We start with waterproof leathers that are sealed during the tanning process, and then we seam-seal the footwear for additional protection. Partially gusseted tongues and zippers treated with durable water-resistant coatings further deter water entry. In products that have areas of textile, the footwear is only waterproof up to the point where leather is used.

Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes. Our shoes are made to fit directly out of the box. They do not need to be broken in.
-
People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include - foot cramping or "falling asleep" or the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
-
Feet typically get bigger with age. We encourage you to have your feet measured every year. Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
-
Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.
-
While the incremental enlargement/reductions between the sizes and widths are industry standards – not every manufacturer starts with the same measurement for their model size.
-
Rockport and Cobb Hill use the same Brannock Device measurement along with several taped forefoot volume measurements as a starting point for both men’s and women’s shoes.

Long lasting
I have only worn them a short time and they fit pergectly. I have this same boot in another color and they have help up really well with minimal wear on the soles after 5 years. So great that I bought the same boot in another color. Greateful to have a boot I can get in a narrow width.
Finally, some boots that fit right. Hard to find a B width for a size 13. Will definitely see you again soon.

Good boot
I have a few pairs of the cloud boot. I have narrow feet and the cloud fit very comfortably.
comfortable for hiking
Pretty comfortable all around hiking boot for 3 seasons, not super warm in winter though. I bought these same boots 7 years ago and they held up through some rugged hiking, but eventually the soles became delaminated, and I glued them and they lasted an

Light hiking boot perfection.
I needed to replace my Dunham Cloud boots and found an identical pair. I wore the old pair on hikes thru Iceland, England, Scotland and many other locations in the US and Canada. They are well made, comfortable and I recommend them for light hiking duty.
My favorite boot please get them back in stock 4E
I began wearing the women's version of this boot about twenty years ago. Well, at least fifteen. Then once foot became too wide in forefoot switched to men's. They are great for hiking and endlessly comfortable. Now no one has any in my size! Please
My third pair
I like the shoe so much, I already have 2 pair, one in slate and one in brown. I bought this third pair and put it away still in the box, saving it for the future.
Cloud Boot
I wore right out of the box and they are very comfortable and look great!
