Love this sandal. It is very comfortable. I have been buying this sandal for the past three years. If it is available next year, I will buy it again.
BEWARE!!!! Customer service is horrible, item was not received within express shipping time frame so don’t waste your money. Ordered on a Wednesday, received confirmation for Friday delivery, Monday is now here and still no delivery. Also, make sure you read their policy before you order as customer service will not help and will tell you, you should have read their policy before ordering. Customer service will cut you off too and not let you talk, don’t know how many times they told me I was right but they couldn’t do anything that I should have read their policy because policy is policy and they can’t change it.
Bummed about the insole

I loved these shoes and really wanted to keep them, but they rubbed the back of my heals. I knew if I kept them I would end up with blisters. Sadly, I had to return them.
